Shipping and Delivery Policy
In the event that courier services are unavailable in your area, we will dispatch your items via Government Registered Book-post or Speed-post.
For orders comprising multiple products, our system calculates the total of individual shipping charges. This means that a customer ordering three products will be charged the combined delivery fees associated with each item. Therefore, the delivery fee is determined separately for orders containing different products.
How Long Will It Take for My Order to Be Dispatched?
Orders are typically dispatched within 2 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you when placing the order. Most orders are delivered within 4 to 6 working days. All orders will be promptly delivered to the address provided by you during the order placement.
What if I Receive the Product in a Damaged Condition?
If you believe that you have received a product in unsatisfactory condition, or if the packaging appears to be tampered with or damaged prior to delivery, kindly refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person. Additionally, please contact our customer care team at +91-8299861206 or email us at Customercare@run7.in, including your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost. Please ensure that the original product tag and packaging remain intact when you send the product back.
